My Mission

I deliver equitable and thorough HR solutions through attentively listening and strategically partnering with clients so that companies and communities prosper.

For the past 10 years, I have worked to build cultures where employees feel valued and companies prosper.

Some of my most impactful work has been:

  • launching an equitable and strategic parental leave program that landed me two speaking opportunities at the Disability Management Employer Coalition conference

  • leading the launch of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal setting frameworks at two companies and coaching executive leaders on setting goals and strategies for themselves and their teams

  • leading multiple clients through the creation of their company mission and values

  • creating meaningful performance management programs and processes

  • leading multiple clients and companies through engagement surveys and engagment strategies

  • creating and leading DEI councils and company strategies

Through my career, I realized that I excel in facilitation and creating connected spaces for others. This skill brought me to leading women's groups for years, and eventually getting certified as a yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, reiki practitioner, and wellness retreat host. I have been fortunate enough to share these gifts with colleagues throughout my career. 

My years as an HR professional have supported my ability to create safe containers for others, and my training in somatics and energy enables me to tune into the needs of my HR clients so that I can better serve them and their initiatives.

As a fellow entrepreneur, I love the hustle and bustle of small teams with big dreams, so my focus is on small to medium sized businesses. I offer Human Resources support for the full employee life cycle (Recruit - Onboarding - Develop - Retain - Offboard), always through the lense of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. My services are co-created with you so that the delivered results are authentic to you and your company.

  • Program packages: These packages entail any programs I am updating or building from scratch. These packages will include the initial review and audit of current processes, a new revised and efficient process/program, as well as any necessary assets to support the program such as email templates, communications, toolkits, training guides, and more. Below is a list of the most common packages I have provided, but is not an exhaustive list.

  • Hourly rate services: I am available on an as needed basis when you need guidance on all things HR. This could be on how to handle a termination, support in preparing for a performance conversation or a working session on updating a policy or process. I also provide full outsourced HR services if you are not yet ready to hire a full-time HR practitioner or are in between HR team members.

  • Facilitated learning sessions: I have trained hundreds of employees and managers on topics from feedback, performance management, setting boundaries at work, manager 101 training, and more.

  • Team building events: We are relationship focused creatures and it’s no secret that how we interact with our team members impacts our work. I have led several team offsites and team building events that have supported employees in getting to know themselves and their colleagues better, through modalities such as Insights Discovery. These events successfully lead to more productive communication, innovation, and more joy and satisfaction at work.
