1. Connect

Once you reach out to me, either by selecting the “get started” button below, or by emailing me directly at marianna@authentichrconsulting.com, I will get you scheduled with a free 30 minute virtual discovery call to get an understanding of your business and current needs.

2. Propose

I will send you a proposal outlining the recommended approach and estimated costs. From there, we will set up a call to review the recommendations and confirm alignment. I have packages as well as an hourly consulting rate so we can choose what works best.

3. Partner

I will get to work on the agreed upon deliverables and check in with you along the way. My goal is to put you at ease and help you succeed!
